Dr. Paul grew up between the coastal calm of Long Island and the vibrant energy of Baltimore, shaping his refined yet grounded approach to care. Known for his calm presence and meticulous technique, he combines advanced clinical expertise with an experience intentionally designed to make patients feel understood, at ease, and genuinely cared for.
A former Chief Resident at the Baltimore VA Medical Center, Dr. Paul has treated complex cases, restored confident smiles, and delivered aesthetic and implant dentistry with precision and compassion. His philosophy is simple: exceptional dentistry begins with human connection, thoughtful communication, and a space where patients can truly relax.
